You give us: name, email, shipping address, sizing preferences, and any messages you send. When you place an order, we store it against your email so you can see it in your account.

We collect automatically: standard web analytics (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We don't use behavioral advertising trackers.

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

If you join our newsletter or place an order, we'll email you. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We use your email only to talk to you — not to sell, rent, or share with marketing partners.

Children

Florida Mermaid is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from kids. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
